Bumper-to-Bumper Standard Service

The initial purchase price, while critical, does not capture the full cost of equipment ownership. Rather, reliability, avoidance of downtime, as well as service and support when and where you need it must be considered. That’s why we offer three service plans to meet your exact needs. Bottom line, our equipment solutions ship with the full support of every Morris employee.

When you purchase Morris devices, we know this transaction is only the beginning of our journey together. These are the basics you can expect from us with every transaction:

  • 12-month standard bumper-to-bumper warranty
  • 24-month warranty on select critical components
  • Morris installation and commissioning support
  • Fine-tuning, based on global best practices, before you start production
  • Post-installation follow-up visit with a formal audit
  • 12-month standard phone support (during normal business hours)




Enhanced Coverage

If you are seeking a little more peace of mind, we offer our M-Factor Advantage Plus plans. We know unplanned downtime and the lack of resources are critical factors that negatively impact your ability to be profitable. Our Plus plan offers another layer of protection for your investment with Morris.


  • 24 month standard bumper-to-bumper warranty
  • 1 annual fine-tuning visit, with formal audit, during each of the first 5 years of ownership
  • 12 month standard phone support (24/7)
  • 6-month standard video support (during normal business hours)

Of course, outside any plan, Morris service is provided at a reasonable daily rate per technician. Each technician will work up to 12 hours a day. Technicians are sometimes requested to cover a 24-hour shift. With two Morris technicians, each technician can work a 12-hour shift to allow full coverage in the event of critical situations.


Morris technicians are also provided at a monthly rate as critical situations require. Contact our Customer Operations Group for monthly rates.
