Morris' Thermal Immersion Systems (MTS)™ provide quick controlled thawing by using water temperature zones to optimize the warming process. Fish exit the MTS at -1°C, the industry standard for producing the highest possible yield and quality. This process is supported by Morris crafted heat exchangers such as the standard-setting Rechiller (shell and tube) or the Morris tube-in-tube in-line water chiller. AQUAeye™ touchscreen controls make MTS system operation easy to manage.

The Morris patented* COPE® (Continuous Online Pathogen Intervention) provides full immersion pathogen intervention for a variety of seafood products, inside and out while requiring little floor space.

The Morris patented* Tube-Cube® and Nugget ice makers deliver reliable, consistent, high-volume ice for post-production or packing. In addition to our ice making systems, Morris offers Ice Master® rake bins and ice delivery systems.
